Frequently asked questions

What is your pay period?

Our standard pay period is net 30. Quick Pay is also available:

  • 5% fee for same-day pay
  • 3% fee for pay within 10 days



How are drivers tracked?

Every shipment sold to a carrier by GP Transco Logistics is required to have Macropoint, and has to be trackable. Non-trackable shipments are not accepted by GP Transco Logistics.



Is there access to a live load board and available loads?

Yes - please ask your GP Transco Logistics Representative for access.



How soon do you require paperwork after shipment delivery?

We require all paperwork to be submitted electronically up to 48 hours after delivery.
